1. Lifetime Engraving Guarantee
We guarantee that all custom engraving workmanship will remain free from defects and maintain clear legibility for the lifetime of the installation.
Laser Engraving: Fused directly into the surface, creating a high-contrast mark guaranteed not to fade, chip, peel, or erode under standard environmental conditions or freeze/thaw cycles.
Sandblast with Proprietary Fill: Our most durable engraving option. The proprietary fill forms a bond stronger than the brick itself, bringing the inscription level with the paver surface for increased protection. Fully guaranteed against chipping, cracking, peeling, or weather separation for life.
Sandblast with Paint Fill: Deep, high-precision sandblasting guarantees permanent letter depth into the stone for the life of the paver. (Note: Because surface paint naturally erodes over time due to weather exposure and foot traffic, warranty coverage applies strictly to the permanent physical sandblasted engraving depth, not the paint fill).
Shipping & Delivery Protection
If any item arrives with engraving errors or damage sustained during transit, we will replace it free of charge.
Standard Parcel / Freight Claims: All shipping damage or engraving discrepancies must be reported to our team within 7 calendar days of delivery.
LTL Freight Shipments: Any visible exterior pallet or box damage must be explicitly noted on the delivery slip / Bill of Lading (BOL) at the time of receipt.
*(Warranty covers engraving integrity and legibility under normal environmental conditions. It excludes damage resulting from improper site installation, structural misuse, vandalism, natural disasters, or inherent material failure of third-party pavers.)
2. Lowest Price Match Guarantee
Your non-profit deserves to retain the maximum amount of campaign proceeds. If you receive a lower written quote for identical style custom engraved bricks from any competitor, we will match that price.
